Require palliative care
- Services may include social support & companionship, personal care, social outings or transport to appointments, meal preparation or light housekeeping & cleaning tasks; which gives the Carer some time for themselves.
- The in-home respite can be provided on a planned and/or emergency basis. The care is designed to meet the Carers needs and may be taken as small regular hours every week or, on occasion, a 12hr sleepover or 24hr live-in service.
